I am not sure where to begin, lets see the building looks like a Brownstone, then you go down the steps and are greeted and welcomed into this hidden Tuscan hideaway. The ambience, fresh flowers, and atmosphere was romantic, quaint, and welcoming, luckily we had made a reservation because almost all the tables were full. My family was seated and we had attentive service right away. The wine list was extensive and the menu offered an array of fish, pasta dishes, poultry and meats. We started with the cold antipasto which had all my sons favorites, mozzarella, fried calamari, shrimp, and clams. My husband is still talking about his black angus sirloin with porcini mushrooms and I had the red snapper fillet that was tantalizing to say the least. Our son who is eleven had the linguini alla vongole and kept licking his lips telling us it is the best he has ever had. We are delighted that we now have a spot to return too when we visit New York City. Pros: ambience, service, amazing Italian food
