Bought my 70yr old mom a purse in June, for her birthday. Took the purse back in September, because the zipper fell apart AND the stitching on both sides of strap. I paid $260 for the bag. Needless to say, they would not exchange it, or give credit for it. They wanted to send the bag back to factory. When I asked how long?, the Mgr. said, ""she didn't know!""
After stating that I did NOT want this brand of bag, ever, and surely not for a gift. I told them to keep the bag! I'm going to dispute the charge and I am NEVER shopping here again!!!
