Review content:
I brought 3 shirts in and SHOWED them to the girl and asked if they could remove the small balls that appear on your clothes after awhile. She said yes, this is the only reason I got my clothes dry cleaned.
When I went to pick up the shirts the stuff was still there, the mom and I assume owner of the store said the girls ALWAYS promise thing they shouldn't and that it can't be removed. #*%?!?! So I told her that was the specific reason I got the shirts dry cleaned (they don't need to be dry cleaned) and I would like my money back or last least credit towards future dry cleaning. She said no, it wasn't her problem (her kids/employees lied to me)...
