Roxy Cleaners 2

This horrible place has ruined my clothes for the last time. I stupidly go there because it is convenient but I can't overlook the awful service and the terrible attitude towards customers any more. I have watched the woman there argue with other customers about ruining their clothes and felt uncomfortable, but I kept going back because there aren't a lot of cleaners in the area. They destroyed all the pearl buttons on a silk shirt because they did not cover them up, then sullenly replaced them with cheap, ugly buttons. My husband regularly complains about the shirts he gets laundered there. Today they completely changed the color of a sweater and did not even offer to comp the cleaning of it. The woman at the counter said that the other sweater wasn't ruined so it clearly wasn't their fault. They have terrible service. I am going to suck it up and pay more at the eco dry cleaner down the street, which I should have done a long time ago. more

I decided to give this place a try once I get my nails done in a salon close by...BIG MISTAKE! Awful customer service provided by what seems to be a family business...poor attitude...never saw them give a smile! It feels like they are doing you a favor! HORRIBLE! Take your business elsewhere! more

I brought 3 shirts in and SHOWED them to the girl and asked if they could remove the small balls that appear on your clothes after awhile. She said yes, this is the only reason I got my clothes dry cleaned. When I went to pick up the shirts the stuff was still there, the mom and I assume owner of the store said the girls ALWAYS promise thing they shouldn't and that it can't be removed. #*%?!?! So I told her that was the specific reason I got the shirts dry cleaned (they don't need to be dry cleaned) and I would like my money back or last least credit towards future dry cleaning. She said no, it wasn't her problem (her kids/employees lied to me)... Beware!!! Pros: Nonthig Cons: Greedy Liars more

Poor service with rude employees.They never accept fault even when they ruin your clothes.\r Had gone there may times,often had to return to get things re cleaned, Fade all your black clothes as weel. Unfortunately not professional. Will not return. Pros: parking, but not worth it Cons: do not know how to clean clothes or do alerations more
