I had Whitaker Water Conditioning install a water softener unit in september 2005, right after the completion of my house. Jason came on time. The process was fast and very professional. He knows more about plumbing that some plumbers. The unit has provided to my family and me soft water. No grime around the kitcen sink ever, shower glass just need a simple squeegee ahter each use. Shampoos and soap definitely produce extra foam and very little suffice. Back to August 26th 2011 5 years later, water stopped softening, Jason was at my house fixed the problem in a few minutes (just a seal) spent lot of time to explain a lot of things about soft water and a possible Reverse Osmosi System under my sink. Their product is of high quality and very durable. They are very dependable and very honest and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommand their product and their services.
