I had custom sounds tint my windows in my car in 2002 and went back in 2006 to fix tint that was bubbling and coming off. Just recently, they changed the warranty conditions. Because I did not have the original receipt, which they initially said I would not need because I was in their system, they will no longer honor their warranty. They have me in their computer database but refuse to honor their warranty. They said they would install tint if I paid for it again, but who would want to deal with dishonest individuals twice and why would anyone want to pay for a warrantied service? I
