Over the last year, my husband and I have been prompted by our children to update our family portrait that is displayed prominently above our fireplace. We were looking for a meaningful place to have our portrait taken and immediately thought of Central Park. After searching and contacting several photographers who never got back to us, I decided to Google “Central Park Photographers.” We were leaving the following day for NYC, but I remained hopeful that we would find just the right person. I found Daphne’s website and was immediately impressed with her work. I knew Daphne was the person we had been looking for – the right person to create and capture beautiful images of our family. Within a matter of hours of emailing her, Daphne responded to let me know she was available during the time we would be vacationing in NYC. A few days later we met her at the Globe at Columbus Circle and a magical experience began for our entire family. We all felt like we had known Daphne for a long time. She was so easy to work with, and my husband and I were impressed with how well she worked with our teenage children. She made all of us feel very comfortable, she made us laugh and we all had a wonderful time. Daphne took to heart that Central Park was a very special place for us as a family. She captured that essence within the photos and the results are amazing! We just placed an order and can’t wait to have the pictures framed and in our house. We look forward to our next family photo shoot with Daphne. Meanwhile, I will be looking for her photos in Pilates Style – my favorite publication as an avid Pilates student. If you are heading to NYC and are looking for an extraordinary photographer (who also knows the city) Daphne is the right person for you!
