The service I received was far better than I expected. I live in Baton rouge and the services were needed and provided while we were visiting our son in the Dallas area. The transmission went out. My car was originally at the Stonebriar Chevy Dealership and because of the poor customer service there I had my car towed to El Dorado for service. El Dorado did more in one hour than Stonebriar did in a day and a half. El Dorado quickly identified the work was under warranty whereas; Stonebriar was focusing on looking at coverage under my Extended Warranty Services. In one hour at El Dorado we were in a rental car. At Stonebriar, we could get a rental car because after having our car for a day and a half they had not identified the problem. The service rep, Peter Mueller at El Dorado was simple outstanding. He also advised me how to seek reimbursement for the towing which I followed and was reimbursed.
