Although it is a newer community and on the cheaper side its the worst place to live. slowly becoming the ghetto. No one watches the kids who sit in the middle of the st. loud music played all hours of the night. the property managers are nazi's and come up with reasons to snoop in your home. And you have to pay certain fees that are non refundable and they keep $150 of your security deposit to clean carpets when you move out regardless of condition of apt. It is part of their lease agreement. Save the troubles and look elsewhere for a much better place to live in town.
