Review content:
I have been seeing Dr. Maddali and Dr. Stotz for over three years. Both Dr.s are very attentive and listen to your concerns. However, the ""customer service"" provided by the staff is so poor that I have decided to find a new physician. \r \r I was left waiting in the office for over an hour before anyone realized they had skipped over me on the list. Then, I was told that I could have just had the Rx called in rather than come in for an office visit. So, the next time (1 month later), I called in, they did not return my call until afternoon the next day and I was told I had to come in for an office visit to get an Rx!!!! \r \r My maintenance prescription for asthma was processed as an Rx for allergies, so the insurance co-pay was higher. When I called the office to have them call and straighten things out with the insurance, they made me feel like and idiot for calling and would not call the insurance company to fix the problem. What could have taken 5 minutes (or no time if it was called in right the first time) took me a month of calling the Dr and insurance to fix. I had to bring paperwork and a letter to the office to get the information to the DR!!! \r \r I feel like I need to work twice as hard to get something accomplished because they work half as hard.\r \r Three years is long enough to be treated like I do not matter. \r Pros: Drs are nice and attentive Cons: Customer Service is a Joke...you do their job
