I also wonder if the negative reviews are confused about the place. Anyway, here's my experience: \r

Had a dog with severe congestive heart failure. Needed to put her to sleep, so she wouldn't suffer. After talking with several other places, who all wanted to do numerous expensive tests/procedures, I reach EVH. The doctor and tech were empathetic and professional and the price was quite a bit lower than the other places I checked. The facilities we plain, but very clean and neatly kept. If we get a dog again, this will be our vet and probably our boarding spot as well.
