DO NOT get warranty coverage or any other kind of service from this company. They have ZERO customer service, and are incredibly difficult to deal with.\r

I tried to get a simple repair done under warranty and these people didn't return my calls, refused to answer my questions when I got them on the phone, and in general were nearly impossible to deal with.\r

I ended up calling the manufacturer and demanding they transfer me to a new service company since this operation was so terrible.\r

You are wasting your time and possibly your money if you attempt to have any work done by this company.
