Well, I boarded my dog overnight and was NOT happy the next day when i went to pick up my dog to see one portion of his daily feeding returned to me! I specifically told the girl who checked my dog in that he WAS NOT fed dinner due to it being two early- so she replied ""Okay-I'll make sure he is fed!"" The next day (late afternoon) at pick up time-I was informed he hasn't been fed dinner yet(which was fine) then when i was handed the food back-I was puzzled as if he was even fed at all today?? So i asked. The owner replied ""yes, i fed him this morning."" So i said ""well, then he wasn't fed yesterday when i told the girl he wasn't fed dinner! I put each portion of his feeding into separate bags and there's still one in here!"" her reply was ""well, my girls were her until 11pm last night!"" Well-I was wondering....do you think you could have fed him sometime in between 3pm-11pm??!! So i PAYED them to take CARE of my dog-and yet they neglected to do so!! This is completely unacceptable considering that's the service they provide-To take care of your dog!I
Also noticed my dog immediately went to his water bowl when arriving home! So was he provided with water?!
