Review content:
The owner of Country Brook Kennels, Bonnie, was rude and unprofessional with me when I recently picked up my dog after having her boarded. I was appalled with her lack of customer service skills. I requested from the friendly girl that answered the phone, if I could pick my dog up after 5pm. She said that was fine as long as I was there by 5:30 and I would have to pay $30.00 for the service, which I was willing to pay. I was there on time and Bonnie confronted me with a very rude attitude, telling me that people who own businesses have lives too and I should be more considerate of that. I told her that she was out of line and I was paying extra for a service she offered. She continued to be rude, and expressed that she didn't care if I was dissatisfied or that I ever came back there. I loved bringing my dog to this kennel as all of the employees were wonderful and took great care of my pet, though the owner treated me in a way that was completely unacceptable. I will never use their services again nor will I recommend anyone else to use them either.
Pros: Great facilities and employees, minus the owner.
Cons: Terrible customer service from owner.
