To all the folks over at Image Rent a Car. I just want to extend my appreciation to you for the great service my family and I have always received from you. You are the only company we rent from when we fly into the New York area. We travel here from the U.K several times a year and always dreaded having to rent a car because we always get crammed into some little Dodge, when a friend back in the UK heard of my complaint about rental car company's in New York, he recommended I give Image a try. \r

Doing business with you all has been a real pleasure. Ann is the sweetest, kindest person on the planet. \r

On one trip not to long ago she could not arrange for her delivery guy to pick up our rental at the terminal so she met us in person to ensure we received the service Image is known for. We look forward to many more trips to the New York area and continued enjoyment of the wonderful and exciting vehicles you offer. \r
