IMAGE is First Class!!! For my birthday I really wanted to do something very special for myself! I live in California, but was traveling to New York. When renting a car I thought it might be nice to really go first class and in style! I discovered Image Rent A Car online and was very impressed with the large selection of vehicles that could fit most any ones budget that was looking for a luxury experience!! However, what truly was the deciding factor was the service representative Jose Rosario!! Jose was so very professional, efficient, kind and courteous!! He helped me to choose the perfect car to fit my needs and budget!!!! And time does not permit me to expound on how great it felt to pull up to my friends in a luxury car in so much grace and style!!! Living on Long Island, I have always rented from Enterprise or Avis, but when a friend of mine told me about Image I decided to give them a try. Image is located at the Uniondale Marriot Hotel right next to the Nassau Collisium (very convient) I went to thier website to check out thier vehicles and was quite surprised at what they have to offer. Although they do have your typical compact, mid and full size cars they are no way your typical car rental agency. Image also carries new model mini-vans, passenger vans, luxury vans and best of all exotic cars. I was interested in renting a mid-size, but when I saw the yellow corvette convertible I just couldn't resist. I reserved the vet on-line and picked it up the next day. My husband and I drove it all week-end and loved every minute of it. You can bet I'll be calling Image again in the very near future. Do yourself a favour and call Image, pamper yourself or that someone special in your life, you deserve it. more

Image is the best car rental service!! I have had experience with them several times and it was always easy and pleasant. They have a pretty large fleet of cars to choose from economy to exotic and all cars are in pristine condition. I like that Im able to choose the car online and reserve it before hand as well as the fact that they have shuttles that take you from and to the JFK airport. They also rent car seats and GPS units. I refuse to rent from any one else and am able to remain a loyal customer since they offer car rental services covering almost any area within the United States. I have rented from all of their locations and every time the staff on duty made my car hire experience the very best it could be. Choose Image for all your car rental needs! more

Imagine your dream car being delivered to your door on your birthday...that is exactly what happened to me!! My husband (he is so wonderful!) wanted to surprise me with a Porsche Carrera 911 for the weekend so he contacted Image and arranged to have one brought to the house.\r I have never been so surprise! I've rented few convertibles over last summer from image 1st month I Head a Porsche carrera RED which total rate was some 7500 for 4 Weeks and then i wanted something less expensive so they replaced the Porsche cabriolet 911 with a brand new mini cooper convertible which ended up being 3500 per month. I live in the city so I don't really need a car. But I do enjoy taking one out for a spin on weekends every now and then. Driving up to New England or down to the Virginia area on weekends is something I love to do from Spring to Fall. Which is exactly why I am so happy I found Exotic Car Rental. \r \r They have a great selection of luxury cars with prices that actually make sense. As a small business owner myself, the one thing I notice is that more and more people tend to give you mediocre service and expect you to pay for the abuse. I actually tend to pay more if I know I will be treated better at a certain place. Well with Exotic, it's the best of both worlds: I get treated like a prince everywhere except my wallet! Anne and Marcy are both great and friendly, plus they really know their stuff. I first rented with Image Exotic Car Rentals a few weeks ago. I currently commute to and from Upstate New York to see my fiance. It is a 4 hr. drive and I do not own a car as of yet. I was using Action but was dissatisfied with the non-consistency of the rate and their old exotic cars. Image does cost a little more, but I received a great car on time, Spotless which is what I needed. I believe in paying for the good stuff and not settling for cheaper quality. This past week I needed to drive to Washington DC for a business trip. I wanted to be able to pull up with a very nice car in the hopes of impressing my clients. This was a very last minute trip and when I called there store I spoke with a very nice woman named Marcy, she told me they just got a brand new Lexus LS460 in and that is was available. They offered to deliver the vehicle to my office but as I was in a rush to get on the road before traffic got to bad I just got in a cab and went to thier office. They gave me perfect directions to get there, was a very short ride and everyone was very nice when i arrived at there office. The car they gave me actually was BRAND NEW, not a scratch on it and it only had about 100 miles on it. I was very pleased with the entire transaction. I think everyone should just pick there car up so they can have a chance to meet the girls in the front office. Ann and Marcy were wonderful and a really great help to me. Once again we rented from Image Rent A Car and had a very good experience. The facility in New York JFK Airport is conveniently located in the Holiday Inn Hotel Lobby. \r \r We recently rented a car from Image Rent A Car and had a very good experience with this car rental company. We rented a compact car that was a non-smoking vehicle which was really nice. The car was brand new with less than 3,000 miles. I don't blame Image Rent A Car for my less than positive thoughts about the Toyota Corolla we got. \r \r We chose Image Rent A Car because we had a Free Gas coupon from their Google Coupons. I went to Travelocity dot com and SideStep and Kayak also and checked prices of other car rental companies. After that search I booked the car through Image Rent A Car 's website. For your information that is www.imagerentacar dot com\r \r The website is very easy to navigate. I did, though, end up with 3 reservations because the first one didn't show up and neither did the second. When I saw that I had 3 reservations I had to go back and cancel the first two which took some time. I did this all online. \r \r I read another review that said Image Rent A Car charged for a second driver. In my experience this did not happen. There was no charge for both my husband and myself to drive the car. \r \r We took the Holiday inn Hotel shuttle bus from the airport to Image Rent A Car . Coming from the baggage claim area at the airport in New York, Image Rent A Car's shuttle bus was the farthest one from the baggage claim area. That was a bit inconvenient because of the luggage we were dragging and the same was true on return. We weren't dropped off or pickup up in front of the baggage claim area \r \r In summary, my experience with Image Rent A was a positive one. I have rented from Image Exotic Car Rentals numerous times, for different reasons and for different rental time periods. All in all the customer service and quality of the car rented was consistent among the varying rental offices. I can say that IMAGE is my first choice among the car rental companies. \r \r The other big rental companies, including Hertz, Avis, Budget, and even Dollar, have had my business over the years. I prefer IMAGE over those companies.
