It was a Saturday - July 2nd, and my husband and I walked in at 4:15 in the afternoon. We were walking around waiting for our nephew to show up because we were going to get him his 1st bike. This guy sitting across the room starts yelling out - ""What do you need - sales, service, parts?"" My husband replied ""Just waiting for my nephew to show up, then we'll talk"" - he didn't want to deal with a salesman's pitch on a bike beforehand. Then this guy yells out - ""Well you know we are closed for the day"" At that point, my husband turned to me, took my hand and said - ""Let's go, they are closed"" As we are walking out, the guy comes up behind us and starts screaming ""Well you can take your money and stick it up where the sun don't shine!!!"" It was all I could do to keep my husband from going back there and decking the guy - we didn't do anything wrong, if they were closed, why wasn't the door locked? Anyhow - I found that the owner was Robert Arcate - and when I went back to find out who the guy was to complain to the owner, imagine my suprise when the jackass turned out to be the owner himself!!! Take your business elsewhere, since they are so flush with cash ripping off customers as per the other reviewer, they don't need your $$$$. They will just tell you off - what a way to treat customers in this economy.
