Bro you’re a f*cking retard! I been riding ninjas mad long and anyone that rides knows that the break in service is when they adjust the valves and sh*t-- to do that YOU HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE TOP END OF THE ENGINE…. that’s the part of the engine that comes off the top you idiot!! Know your sh*t or don’t ride on the street, that’s how stupid niggas screw it up for the rest of us. And be easy…. I been dealing with staten island Kawasaki for mad long since my first bike and they ALWAYS hooked it up. It don’t get better than them-- if you listened with your ears instead of your ass maybe you would understand what a break in service is…… warning ya’ll know what you talkin about before you start runnin your mouth!!!\r \r --One-- more

All year I shopped around for a Limited Edition CanAm Spyder in White all year and everyplace I went either didn't have one or wanted crazy money for it, when I spoke to the salesman at Bay Harbor Motors not only did he get me the exact machine I wanted but he also beat everyone elses price. I LOVE my Spyder!!! Thanks Bay Harbor :) more

They obviously don't want your business 7/21/2011

It was a Saturday - July 2nd, and my husband and I walked in at 4:15 in the afternoon. We were walking around waiting for our nephew to show up because we were going to get him his 1st bike. This guy sitting across the room starts yelling out - ""What do you need - sales, service, parts?"" My husband replied ""Just waiting for my nephew to show up, then we'll talk"" - he didn't want to deal with a salesman's pitch on a bike beforehand. Then this guy yells out - ""Well you know we are closed for the day"" At that point, my husband turned to me, took my hand and said - ""Let's go, they are closed"" As we are walking out, the guy comes up behind us and starts screaming ""Well you can take your money and stick it up where the sun don't shine!!!"" It was all I could do to keep my husband from going back there and decking the guy - we didn't do anything wrong, if they were closed, why wasn't the door locked? Anyhow - I found that the owner was Robert Arcate - and when I went back to find out who the guy was to complain to the owner, imagine my suprise when the jackass turned out to be the owner himself!!! Take your business elsewhere, since they are so flush with cash ripping off customers as per the other reviewer, they don't need your $$$$. They will just tell you off - what a way to treat customers in this economy. more

RIP OFFS 6/14/2011

These guys are the biggest rip-offs ever. They seem to advertise a whole lot, where's all that $$$ coming from??? Guess they should advertise less, this way they won't have to lie to their customers. When you buy anything from them, they create several unnecessary services which costs hundreds. At 1,000 miles they claimed that my Kawasaki Ninja needed a service which required opening up the engine....hmmmm. I checked with Kawasaki, and they laughed at me. Then I stopped to think for a sec....Why in the world would you ever have to open an engine after just 1,000 miles. The rip offs just continue with them, and their high priced BS service is also done incorrectly, with parts missing or loose everytime. \r \r Stay Away and find better dealerships \r more
