I have fallen in love with Haby's baked goods. I have occasion to travel to & from West Texas once or twice a year, and always make it a point to stop in.
While I look forward with anticipation to the wonderful breads; I simultaneously dread going into a store where I feel about as welcome as the Plague! The counter persons are unfriendly, uncommunicative, and act as if they are doing me a huge favor by taking my money! I am a middle-class, middle-aged, friendly woman who is unused to being treated so coldly. Where is ""CustomerService""? Could be it's reserved for the local people, and tourists are considered a necessary evil...
