Businiess name:  Twin Liquors

Review content:
After Twin finally opened up their big store in Hancock Center in order to compete with Specs and Grapevine, they must have gotten the message that 80 small locations won't compete with mega stores offering serious great selections and discount prices. If you care about wine, you already know this. Unfortunately, they had to go with the poorest location they could find and then run it like all their little joints around town, with people who could care less about their customers. The only time their prices are competitive is during their twice per year summer and winter sales. The rest of the time it's mark up and then offer a sale to get the price back down to average high. Recently bought a bottle of Silver Oak Cab, it was corked and gagable. The manager of their most prestigous store in the city refused to stand behind it. I find this typical for Twin. Bad location, poor prices most of the time, bad attitude, and no integrity. Pros: selection Cons: They don't care about their customers
