I have lived in my home for over 2yr. the staff at Gayner are so rude. They play nice until you sign your lease and then really stick it to you with things they never tell you about. I wonder if they make up rules as they go. I know I can just move and not have to deal with this company, but with money and jobs being like it is it's hard. So now I think they are praying on that because why is it that my rent has jump up $100 in the passed yr. This make no sense at all I would think that it would stay the same or even jump $50, but $100 this is crazy. I hope to leave soon and I don't recommand anyone to use this company. If I even see someone looking at their properties I tell them to run far away. This is not a board gm Gayner stop making up rules as you go. Money Bl**d sucking ********! Not even a one star like -10 stars
