I hit a deer and the front engine was messed up pretty bad. They fixed it and the vehicle looks absolutely great. I asked them what to do if I hear a "clunkety-clunk", and they said if it's related to what happened, they'd take care of it. They had the car for six weeks or so because they were very busy at the time. My one little reservation is that they took forever, but they did a fantastic job.
One thing I'm noticing now with my car is that the alignment is really off. It wasn't off before I hit the deer. I've been on a long vacation recently, so I have not taken the time yet to call them to fix the alignment. I believe they'll make good on that though. They took a long time because they were busy, but the vehicle is perfect.
