We purchased our 99 CRV from a family friend, who just happened to have the vehicle serviced from their time of purchase, only at Honda of Princeton. We decided to continue to keep having our CRV serviced here. The service is quick, fair priced, and they are very honest about the work the vehicle needs or doesnt need. The entire staff of the service & parts department are very friendly and helpful. Even with my 2 toddlers in tow, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for the service to be done on our CRV. Barbara came up to the waiting room about every 15 mins or so and gave us an update on the vehicle's progress. She even brought up paper and highlighters for my 3 year old to color with while we waited. The other customers waiting were kind enough to allow my kids to watch cartoons while we were upstairs waiting. The dealership has a wonderful family friendly atmosphere and it is the only Honda dealership I will ever go to, even though there is one much closer to my house.
