Review content:
My son was going to Lisa Spatts, who is booked up six months in advance. I tried to get my son in for a physical for pre-school with another family physician and every-time I made an appointment the appointment was canceled a couple of days prior to the date. Four months later, I finally got him into to see a physician and my son's preschool sent to physical paper work one day prior to the appointment. We also had a flu shoot scheduled. We saw a provider who had no patience with a child she practically ran out of the room and the nurse gave him his flu shoot. Later that day, Lisa Spatt's nurse called and said that they couldn't fill out the form again, because she had not seen my son in two years. I said that we just had a appointment with a physician there. They told me that they didn't know I required a school physical. There was a gap in communications. It was a gap in their communications not mine. I have taken work off three times for a physical that has been requested and never been preformed. They billed me for the physical anyway, though. Now I am in the process of deputing that bill. They have cost me time off work (I'm a private contractor and I don't get paid leave.) and now I have to waste more time disputing the bill. In addition six months later my son still does not have a physical and I need to find a different provider and client. Enormous waste of time. Time is money. Their inter-office communication is horrible, but the customer pays for it. They have an attitude that they are doing you a favor when you are paying their bills. You are a customer. They don't get that. Pros: It happened to be in our neighborhood, and my son's original doctor is wonderful. Cons: Can never get into my son's doctor. They can't schedule things or bill things out properly.
