Review content:
I got a hair cut from Celina in the Willowbrook location about a month ago, honestly I was a little skeptical because the last few times have not been ideal in Willowbrook (I've been driving to Galleria location). It was my first hair cut with Celina and she was awesome! Firs of all she asked me what I wanted and actually Listened (something that a lot of people in this industry have a hard time doing). I explained to her that my was thining after having my son and I wanted something young, easy and that would camaflouge the thinning. She really understood and explained to me what she was going to do before she did it. Then she walked me throught the entire process of styling it and giving me great tips to achieve the volume I desired. She showed me the different products to use and how to use them without being a pushy sales person (I've had some really pushy ones that make you feel like your hair will fry then fall if you don't listen to them). I was in awe when she finished with my hair. All in all, she was great because she listened, explained and did great job cutting my hair and styling it.
Pros: listened, explains in detail, not pushy and great cut & styl
Cons: Seems to get booked up pretty quickly on the weekends.
