I love Kroger, don't get me wrong - \r

But THIS crew is the laziest bunch of people! I went to Customer Service one time to get a Kroger gift card. I arrived at 7:55 PM. I waited about 5 minutes for this lady to get done counting money. At 8:01, she asked me, ""What do you want?"" I said, ""I need a Kroger gift card.""\r
\r
She looked at me and said, ""I can't do that after 8:00 PM.""\r
\r
And this is just one incident. It's ALWAYS bad. The ONLY good service I have ever received at this location was when the executive team from headquarters was observing the employees!!!\r

This Kroger has lousy management and lazy, second-rate employees. (There are a couple good cashiers, but the Customer Service office is awful across-the-board.)\r
