This hotel is awful! The lobby was clean, however the rest of the hotel was dirty, run down and dark. The rooms were dirty, the carpet was filthy, when you walked with bare feet it was sticky. The bulbs in the lamps were so dim that you had a hard time reading. The pool itself was clean and warm, however there was no heat in the atrium area. The tables and chairs were very sparce, the foliage was dired up and dropping dead leaves everywhere. The stairways to the outside rooms were disgusting, dirty and rundown.\r The cost for the night was overly priced. The restaurant nor the lounge was operational. There was not an ice machine to be found. The door handle didnt even work properly. The towels were the size of postage stamps. This hotel should not carry the Ramada name!
