We can't say enough about how much you need to visit SOULFISH Grill for the best variety of seafood in DFW and the best fresh Mojito's!!!.
We were pleasantly surprised that this brand new business, only opened for a few months was packed full of people last Wednesday evening.
We started our order with Tim's famous Mojito's made with fresh mint and a basket of Calamari which was enough to feed our starving party of six. Two of our party sat at the fully stocked bar where they had nice touches such as the chilled counter to set your drinks on so they do not melt. They have several beers on tap and plenty of bottled too, with at lot of different Micro-brews along with great wine selections. There are flat screens playing sports where you can see no matter what seat you sit at to enjoy the evening game. The rest sat at a table and were able to enjoy their evening in privacy.
We ordered a lot of items off of the menu, but there are a ton of other items to order next time. Our party's order included sampling the fish basket with fried Basa fish and sweet potatoes and hush-puppies, grilled tuna over a bed of the best salad, fish tacos, shrimp cocktail, avocado stacked salad, chicken wings, a cheeseburger (One of the best burgers I've had in a long time), fresh oysters and clam chowder and gumbo.
Tim and Jevon make you feel like you've know them your entire life and the atmosphere is fun. They were taking a lot of phone orders too I noticed. Oh they also have fresh juices too like watermelon juice to select from. This is a great place for anyone, families, friends or individuals wanting great food and great conversation. Give them a try and you'll be hooked like we are.
