Helen at the Pet Maven comes to you home on time and prepared. I have found it is a much better experience for my pet having me help. She is calmer which is conducive to a better groom. Helen is gentle and patient. The cost of in-home grooming is higher but I've found it is worth it not having the hassle of getting a pet in a carrier, dropping them off at the groomer, picking them up etc...\r
Overall great experience...worth the extra dough.
