Dr. Woelfel and his staff are very knowledgeable about overall health and fitness. I do a lot off Crossfit workouts and I injured my back after doing deadlifts. One visit to Spinal Fit was all it took to relieve the pain. Dr. Woelfel created a maintenance program for me and I haven't injured my back since. His thouroughness detected and prevented further injuries to come. Spinal Fit is not one of those run of the mill ""crack and alignment"" places commonly seen in the field of chiropractic care. Spinal Fit is a way of life that contributes to overall health. You don't have to be injured or in pain to benefit from a visit to Spinal Fit. If you're looking for a Dr. who cares about your overall well being who's not quick to prescribe medications and/or surgery, then look no further. Dr. Woelfel at Spinal Fit is the place for you!
