I have eaten at Roma's since it was a small 3 table restaurant, with a soda machine for drinks. It is much bigger now; but the quality of the food has not changed. I eat there at least once a week. The pizza crust is home made and their sauce is out of this world. When I lived in Texas I would purchase 5 or so ""half baked"" pizzas, freeze them and wrap them in newspaper for insulation. That way when I got back to Texas I could always have one. The green olives, in my opinion, make the pizza at roma's extra special. Warm friendly atmosphere, quick service, take out or eat in. Superb
Pros: wonderful taste, good value, EXCELLENT SERVICE
Cons: Rude Bethalto kids, undiplined children, NOISY CHILDREN
