I have been to many gyms in LA. And there are plenty. But this private training center is the best gym in town. It's clean (very clean), has a wonderful accomodating staff and Tony (the owner and my trainer) knows what he is talking about. My body has completely changed to ""the body I always wanted."" Thank you Tony. I owe you. And I promise to do more carbs and less cardio. Or was that MORE cardio and LESS carbs.
