I shopped around for a home theater system and settled on Freds Sound because of the quality of products they handle and the knowledgable sales staff. Parking behind the store helped. After I loading my car with my new theater and ran out of room, they delivered the rest at no charge and helped me set it up and didn't charge me. Later that week I decided to have their install people come out to my home and run wires to the back of my room and out to my deck. Very courteous and professional installation. Small store and locally owned, that is what I was looking for. BY the way, I read the other reviews and all I can say is that my brother in law recommended this place and I have two other buddies who also had good service.
Pros: Parking behind store, knowledgable, in store service center, and they do have lots of gear!
Cons: the store could use an update but it's Hawthorne!
