Review content:
I took in an older amp and asked if it could be repaired. They said yes. I called to find out how things were going and they said that they could not find a contact for the amp (it was a Carver). I searched the web for about 2 minutes and found the contact. Blah, blah, I kept calling (every other week) and a year later I get a call saying that if I didn't come in and get my amp it was going to be sold (dispite the fact that I had been calling!). It wasn't fixed and they wanted a minimum fee to get my amp back, or I could apply the fee to a new amp (and not get my amp back) rip off. Very unhappy.
Cons: bad service, bad repairs, rude
