DO NOT. DO NOT! give these people your clothes. I gave them my favorite black dress to be dry cleaned and they put a bright white slanted line through the middle of it. I took it back to the store and the guy got super-defensive and told me that the dress ""probably came that way"" and he refused to do anything for me. To make matters worse, he called me ""sweetie"" the whole time. \r

Yeah, they're cheap, so if you want bring your underwear there. But absolutely do not give them anything else. There are half a dozen other, much better dry cleaners in East Lakeview. Don't be fooled by the low prices and the nice storefront. This place is a joke.
Pros: very cheap if you have something you don't mind ruining, but then why would you dry clean it?
Cons: the owner is annoying; they WILL destroy your clothes (I've seen other people complain as well)
