Review content:
I have been a big fan of Tex's BBQ for many years, but I recently stopped by on a Saturday nite and will NEVER return. My order of fried green beans was great but the accompanying sauce was extremely inadequate forcing me to wade through a crowd of friends of the people who ""worked"" there in between texting their friends, to get another container of sauce which was different from the one I enjoyed previously. The beef in the tortilla was cold, requiring another trip to the counter to see if it could be warmed up. It came back, not wrapped like a beef in a blanket but like some pieces of meat thrown into a barely folded tortilla. Fully 20% of which was gristle requiring me to pull it out of mouth (gross). When asked how everything was, I told the server that my meat was full of gristle and got an argument from her saying that you can't cook meat without a lot of fat. When I left, the server started to complain about me before I got out of the door. Dave, you'd better start paying attention to your help and the food that is served or the Dinosaur will eat you for lunch.
