MoveStudio has excellent positive energy. From the friendly staff to the wide variety of classes, you can find everything you need here to move. I started Nia classes 5 years ago at MoveStudio, and have since attended various yoga classes, including pre-natal yoga when I was pregnant with my twins. I now teach hula hoop dance class at the studio and the staff is a dream to work with. I love the fact that the owners are eco-friendly and offer great earth friendly items in their boutique. Great space and great people!
