I rented from this company for 3 years. Kept the house in great shape, paid my rent ahead of time and they screwed me out of almost my entire deposit when I got deployed to Afghanistan. I suspect they knew I couldn't do anything about it after I got deployed. They spent almost $1000 of my money to re landscape the yard which was in better condition when I left than when I moved in. 24 yrs and 10 rental houses never had somone try to take advantage of me like this. \r
Ugly scene with the renter before me too so I don't think I am an isolated incident. \r
Warning do not do business with these people.
