i tend to agree with candyjames and anonymous. most management companies are the same, and they have to answer to owners so they are not always the evil beings you see written about. if you are a slob and break stuff, you get money taken from your deposit. but if you clean (you get a form with your lease at the beginning of the year, this is only a guide but it is a good one) and have no damages you get your deposit back. \r
as for the person with the pooping agent, you cannot seriously believe that a representative of your management company would actually do that. it was either you or your roommate and neither of you will admit it because the other had already placed blame. grow up, you really need to learn how the real world works. \r
i have personally talked to the agent you are accusing and find your comments insulting to his intelligence.\r
bottom line, you are angry about something and dont know how to deal with your own issues because you are spoiled, and lashing at the first convenient person is your way of getting out of facing your own problems.\r
