Review content:
Pottery Barn has been one of my favorite stores for as long as I can remember. I usually visit the arboretum store and every sales associate provides very good service. I think that you can find things there that you can't find other places for a very reasonable price. I recently just purchased a sofa and the customer service followup was very helpful and I could tell they actually cared to make sure that everything flowed smoothly.
I will definitely shop there in the future and very upset that a few people had rated Pottery Barn so poorly.
