The most pathetic excuse for customer service and fullfilment I have ever seen in my life. Or maybe it is just me. You decide. I have recently bought my first house. Out with the bachelor furniture in with the womans wants. And she wants PB crap. OK, I AM a guy. But after spending some $6000 at PB and having had two deliveries, I ask you, can they EVER get it right? 2 months wating only to be told the warehouse dropped it and you have to wait longer!. Deliverying a chair and sofa, woops. where's the sofa? Please. Beware, better yet, go somewhere else.
