Review content:
Having wrestled with new wood last year from the various box stores selling it around town, we decided to venture further out this year. All the effort did not pay off. The man working was very short spoken and not very helpful. He did offer, when I asked, that the wood had been cut 11 months ago. I find this to be almost impossible, as we have placed these logs into *full burning fires* and they will do nothing but smolder at any point. Guess we should have been more skeptical and gone with the pine, since it burns easier in general, especially if risking buying fresh-cut. Boo to the smoke bomb in my fireplace while watching the rare Austin snow outside today. Boo.
Pros: various types of wood; help with loading
Cons: wood won't burn, unhelpful and unfriendly service
