This place is completely backwards. I bought a washer/dryer combo in October of 2011. Every month since, the heating element has gone out in the dryer (still spins, just no heat). They asked me if my dryer vent was clean. I didn't know, so I paid $100 to have it cleaned. Guess what, it fixed nothing. They have come out to fix it every month for six months straight now. I finally asked them to replace it as it is clearly a lemon. They told me I should have my dryer vent cleaned. I informed them that it was clean (I checked it, spotless). She said I would have to pay for the parts since my 6 month warranty was up (what happened to 13 months?). The lady then did the most amazing thing, she says,""stop yelling at me, I can't talk to you anymore."" Then hangs up on me. \r

These people are the cheapest, but it will backfire on you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. The positive reviews are the people that got lucky and had no problems. If you have problems, they are terrible!!!!\r

I am just going to junk their dryer and buy one from a company that has a good yelp reputation..... \r
