Review content:
The people at the Grooming Gallery really care about the animals that come in the door. I have been taking my cat there for years. As he's gotten older, he's gotten nervous and I am hesitant to leave him at the groomer. I called Barb the owner and she said she would come in early for me and that I could stay while she groomed my cat. So today we went and I had the privilege of spending the morning at the Grooming Gallery. I was very impressed with the care and time she spent on the cat, working with him to make his grooming experience pleasant. Never once did she become frustrated or flustered by his wiggling, hissing, or swatting at her. She'd gently move him, give him a break when he needed AND did a very thorough job. I learned today that it is not easy to groom a cat (or dog) and Barb and her staff have great patience and kindness amidst a chaotic business. After hanging out there for three hours this morning I know that they run a good business and the animals are in good hands. Plus, it is hard to find a cat groomer that really cares about cats, but here they have a separate cat grooming room. Personally, I don't think they charge enough!
