I have been going to Douglas American Car Care Center for about sixteen years. They have always looked after me. I always feel that they tell me honestly what my car needs. It is a small town, so sometimes parts are not available right away, but they will be available shortly. And they check things that I would never otherwise think of checking. I have a Toyota Carola with 150k mile on it, and I feel it could probably go for a long time longer.
Their customer service is fantastic. Shelly runs the department and she is absolutely awesome. She is funny and pleasant, and she really knows cars. If by chance they are unavailable when you call, they get back immediately. We are lucky to have them.
