We get all our vehicles serviced at Douglas American Car Care Center. They do everthing for us, tires and services. We have 4 vehicles and we take all of them there. We have been using them since before they were Douglas, and when they repair something it is fine. more

Their shop has a children's area. 7/2/2010

We have had good experiences with them; I have no complaints or anything. The thing we like especially is that they have a children's area for when you need to wait with your children. That is helpful. They do pretty good work. We have been using them for about 5 years. In general they do pretty good repairs; there has been no instance where we needed to return anything. They do a fine job. more

No one else works on my cars. 6/21/2010

Nobody works on my cars except Douglas American Car Care Center. I trust them with all my car care, from oil changes to major work. I have been using them for 10 plus years. They are honest and treat their customers with respect and dignity. Douglas American Car Care Center is fair and honest. They do good work. It is a family-run operation, and they set the standards for other auto mechanics. more

Quality and professionalism. Friendly, honest service. 6/14/2010

I have been going to Douglas American Car Care Center for about sixteen years. They have always looked after me. I always feel that they tell me honestly what my car needs. It is a small town, so sometimes parts are not available right away, but they will be available shortly. And they check things that I would never otherwise think of checking. I have a Toyota Carola with 150k mile on it, and I feel it could probably go for a long time longer. Their customer service is fantastic. Shelly runs the department and she is absolutely awesome. She is funny and pleasant, and she really knows cars. If by chance they are unavailable when you call, they get back immediately. We are lucky to have them. Peg Gargano more

Good service 8/5/2009

My overall experience was very good! I came in for tires and they sat down with me and gave me all options. In the end they helped me make the right choice, and I love my Michelin tires! Pros: Friendly more
