As far as the two comments are about Sun Oak Properties, I have no issues with them what so ever! I walked into Sun Oak Properties about 2 years ago and have purchased about 6 properties in which they do manage and take care of. I know that they have had some issues on the tenants on the properties but that is normal in South Bend,IN. I referred my brother to Sun Oak who is not doing to bad either. I understand that the housing market is low and they are not able to sell my properties but they are doing what they can. I have been in constant contact with them, we may have had our disagreements but they have done everything to make sure that I am happy with my investments. I refer Sun Oak Properties.
