Review content:
We were fraudulently sold tile as bullnose when in fact it was chair rail. When we returned the tile, the store withheld 20% of the cost as part of a restocking fee.
This problem was not discovered until the contractor was setting the tile. Not only did this force me to take time off work to immediately meet with the tile contractor, I now have to work with a carpenter to implement a viable edge molding. This experience along with personal interactions with store staff has compromised my respect for Interceramic. This was my second and last tile purchase at Interceramic.
I am giving the store two stars because the contractor commented that the primary tiles were of good quality, and the tile from my first purchase has performed well.
