I was rear ended and Berli's did the body repair on my vehicle (I'm a repeat customer). They advocate for you with both the insurance company and the car rental company - so you basically are able to leave almost everything up to them. They are also well respected by these companies. When I told the insurance adjuster where I wanted my work done, she said ""You couldn't pick a better place"". I think Berli's motto should be ""don't worry - no problem"". My car was immaculate when they finished and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Johnny Perez is patient and goes into great detail about what needs to be done, and later, in describing what actually was done. It's the absolute best place to handle your auto body needs!
