1) Redline has been sued by many unsatisfied customers since 1998 for unethical business conducts, breach of contract and violations of VA Consumer Acts.\r

2) Has been reported to BBB---Better Biz Bureau\r

3)Know in the ""biker"" community as the NOT to go place to fix your bike or service your bike\r
\r
4)Took 6 1/2 months for a simple regular service/maintenance\r
\r
Save your time, money and headache. Go somewhere else.
Cons: Awful customer service, incompetent mechanic, dishonest owner.
